Company offers extensive benefit programs to its employees.
These benefits represent on average of,
30% or more of an employee's total salary or wages, and play a significant role
in the Company�s overall compensation system. In efforts to continuously
improve its operations, and remain competitive in the industry, executive
management is committed to providing competitive compensation programs to all
employees. Major programs the Company currently provides are summarized below.

MEDICAL
BENEFITS
The Company provides medical insurance coverage's
under the United Healthcare Select HMO or the Open Access PPO. There is a
thirty-day waiting period for new hires desiring coverage under either plan.
Both plans provide coverage's to minimize out of pocket expense for Prescription
Drugs. They also provide Vision Care benefits through Pearl Vision, Sears
Optical, JCPenney, etc. Medical Plan cost and benefit summaries are contained in
the New Hire Orientation packet or may be obtained from the Human Resource
Department.
DENTAL
BENEFITS
The Company provides dental insurance
coverage�s under the First Commonwealth HMO or PPO. There is a thirty-day
waiting period for new hires desiring coverage under either plan. Dental Plan
cost and benefit summaries are contained in the New Hire Orientation packet or
may be obtained from the Human Resource Department.
LIFE
INSURANCE
The Company provides the following Life
Insurance Benefits to employees:

Union $17,000.00

Non-Union $20,000.00
Life insurance coverage's are reduced to
50% of the original benefit amount upon attainment of age 70. New hires become
eligible for life insurance following one year of service with the Company.
Payments of benefits are subject to terms and conditions set forth in the plan.
SHORT
TERM DISABILITY
The Company provides Short-Term
Disability insurance to employees. There is a 31-day waiting period for new hire
eligibility. This sick leave benefit pays $220.00per week for a maximum of 26
weeks following an initial seven-day waiting period. Payments of benefits are
also subject to other terms and conditions set forth in the plan.
LONG
TERM DISABILITY
The Company provides Long-Term
Disability insurance to employees. After an employee has been on 26 weeks of
Short-Term Disability and is unable to perform any work duties, Long-Term
Disability would go in to effect. Long-Term Disability pays 50% of the employees
wages until age 65 for total disability, subject to the terms and provisions set
forth in the plan.
TUITION
REIMBURSEMENT
The Company provides a continuing
education benefit under the tuition Reimbursement Program up to a maximum of
$300.00 per year. Employees wishing to take advantage of this program may
receive a copy of the policy and eligibility requirements from the Human
Resource Department.
401K
DEFERRED SAVINGS PLAN
The Company offers employees a
tax deferred savings plan through Fidelity Retirement Services Company. There is
a 6 month waiting period for new hires wishing to enroll in this program. The
program includes a company matching contribution, loan and other in service
withdrawal options, as well as nine investments accounts to which employees may
distribute their savings. Enrollment packets for this program may be obtained
from the Human Resource Department.

FLEX
TIME SCHEDULING
In recognizing personal needs of
it's employees, the Company offers flex time scheduling when feasible and
without disruption to day to day business operations. Such scheduling is subject
to conditions set forth in the Company policy addressing Flextime, which may be
obtained from the Human Resource Department.
MISCELLANEOUS
BENEFITS
In addition to the formal benefit
programs summarized above, the Company participates in a number of programs
offering discounted fees or coupons to the Disney World Magic Kingdom, Busch
Gardens, Great America etc. Employees wishing to take advantage of such
